Reducing Wrinkles

There is no official medical evidence that make up can be used to reduce wrinkles. That being said, there are some great Make Up Tips to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles. In general, oil-based and other moisturizing make up will make wrinkles less apparent than water-based make up.

Another good tip is to make sure that your make up stays fresh. Foundation and powder make up tends to gather in creases and wrinkles, making them more apparent. Checking your make up and doing minor touch-ups every few hours should keep this issue in check. To keep your lip make up from "feathering" or "bleeding" into wrinkles around the mouth, try this tip: use a base foundation make up on the lips before applying Lipstick, then dust the lips with Face Powder, then line the lips with a Lip Liner, and apply Lipstick on top. Don't forget to blot your Lipstick when you're done.
